The FREE consultation will last between 30 – 50 minutes.

We will discuss your current situation, and goals or desired outcome, if you have one. It will be an opportunity to ask me questions, and to see if we are comfortable working together. Then, if we wish to go ahead with counselling, we will book a regular timeslot for you, and your sessions will be the same time and day for the duration of your therapy.
